Refund policy

We want you to love your Bean Sprout purchase, so if you’re not happy, please let us know. You're welcome to return your goodies for a full refund less shipping cost. Items must be returned in new and saleable condition and returned within 7 days of you receiving it. Personalised items such as named book bags and swim bags cannot be exchanged (except where deemed as faulty). Hats can be returned due to hygiene reasons. Sale items are non refundable.
