As a small New Zealand business, we ask that you allow 5–10 working days for personalised items to be created before they’re dispatched. We always aim to have your order on its way as quickly as possible, and we promise they’re worth the wait!

Our handcrafted merino hats are kept in stock and are usually dispatched within 48 hours.

FREE Shipping on all New Zealand orders over $95.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details so you can follow your Bean Sprout parcel all the way to your door.

We happily ship our handmade New Zealand products to Australia.

Tracked Shipping: Flat Rate $15.00 NZD

Estimated delivery time is 3–10 working days via New Zealand Post Air Mail.
