TURNAROUND TIME

Most of our items are made to order.  We are just a small team here at Bean Sprout so please allow up to 5-10 working days for personalised items to be made and sent (but they are so worth the wait!). We do try to dispatch as quickly as we can. Hand knitted items are dispatched within 48 hours. If an item you would like is out of stock, please contact us here for more information. 

SHIPPING WITHIN NEW ZEALAND

Let’s keep shipping simple!  Shipping rate of $8.50 throughout New Zealand unless you are a rural delivery in which case you need to pay $11.90. Please ensure you select the correct option at the checkout to ensure you receive your parcel.   All orders over $95 are shipped for free in New Zealand.  An email will be sent with a tracking number once your parcel has been dispatched.  

SHIPPING TO AUSTRALIA

Flat rate shipping of $15.00 tracked to Australia.  Your NZ made goodies are sent via New Zealand Post Air Mail.  Delivery target is 3-10 working days.  If you wish to follow the journey of your parcel, please email hello@beansproutstore.co.nz for a tracking quote.  You are responsible for any taxes/import that may be incurred during transit or on arrival – if you’re unsure about this, please contact your local customs office before placing your order.
